February has come and the Club Esse recruiting tour starts to select the 420 candidates to be included in the hotel teams for the 2019 summer season.
Do you have grit, enthusiasm, and versatility ?! Well, if you are also eighteen then you have all the necessary requirements to live a summer that integrates a work experience with the beauty of the coastal areas in which the Club Esse seaside resorts are located, working with people who love their job.
So there are some dates that you absolutely must put on your calendar, because Club Esse will start the recruitment process from February in Sardinia, immediately after the bit4job inside the BIT2019, the International Travel Exhibition in Milan, to Fieramilanocity February 10th and 11th.
Summer job: what positions are we looking for
In the hospitality industry, Club Esse is looking for candidates to cover several rules as hotel management, reception, food and beverage management, kitchen staff, floor staff for bars and restaurants, maintenance, boutique and housekeeping.
While if you want to work in entertainment and in the tourist animation, it might be useful to know that the most requested profiles are audio-lighting technicians, set designers, choreographers, entertainers for kids and sports instructors, especially in the disciplines of tennis, archery and fitness.
How and when will happen the recruiting in February in Sardinia
The selection process will be in two ways:
- open days will be organized, during which you can meet the recruiters;
- for the entertaining staff, and for those who can not reach the other locations, will be organized interviews by appointment, in some of the main Italian cities.
The first stop of the Club Esse “train” will be on Saturday, February 23, 2019 in Stintino, at the Palasport in via delle Frecce Tricolore.
The selection day will be divided into time slots dedicated to the different categories of candidates:
- From 10:00 to 12:30 it will be the turn of the candidates in the Hotel, Kitchen, Reception and Food and Beverage Management.
- From 12:30 to 16:30 it will be instead the time to select candidates in the areas of Housekeeping, Entertainment, Lifeguards and Maintenance.

In fact, throughout March the Club Esse recruitment tour will keep going in the Italian regions where the hotel group’s resorts are located: therefore Calabria, Abruzzo, Sicily (and even Sardinia) and in some of the most important Italian cities, such as Rome, Milan and Naples.
