The recruitment campaign is now underway to find numerous professionals who will join the teams across the chain’s twelve renowned properties in the stunning locations of Sardinia, Abruzzo, and Calabria.
This effort is made possible through the ongoing collaboration between Club Esse’s service providers and the employment agency Il Tuo Lavoro,
Roles in demand:
Club Esse is seeking candidates for various departments, including: Management, Front desk, Purchasing, Kitchen, Restaurant and bar service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Gardening and Lifeguarding.
Applications are open to both experienced professionals and individuals eager to become part of the team in these areas.
To join the staff at our resorts candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Be available for the upcoming summer season, with specific skills suited to the role;
- English language skills are appreciated;
- For customer-facing roles, knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
How the Recruitment Campaign Works
To apply, candidates can submit their applications by filling out the dedicated form.
Il Tuo Lavoro has organized multiple recruitment events, both online and in-person, starting February 2025.
After an initial screening to verify the required qualifications, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview in their preferred format.
The interview will provide an opportunity to discuss mutual expectations and to gain a closer understanding of the Club Esse experience.
From February onward, online interviews will be available daily. For in-person meetings, candidates will receive a specific schedule with detailed dates and locations.
In collaboration with Il Tuo Lavoro, Club Esse has planned free training sessions covering HACCP and workplace safety. Additionally, team-building activities will help foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
