Club Esse reinforces its commitment to quality and food safety with an exclusive professional development event for the chefs and key kitchen staff of the 2025 Club Esse team.
Led by Chef Francesco Poliandri, this initiative aims to further elevate the culinary standards across our resorts resort.
A project to enhance resort catering
In 2024, Chef Poliandri worked alongside over 600 kitchen professionals and collaborated with 50 companies, driving innovation in cooking practices and the integration of new technologies.
As a Chef Ambassador for Rational Italia, and a consultant and trainer for Carrefour, Felsinea, and Cooki, Poliandri will bring his expertise and strategic vision to Club Esse, in a sector that is constantly evolving.
DDuring the event, participants will explore advanced cooking techniques, resource management strategies, and strict food safety protocols—all with the goal of enhancing the dining experience in Club Esse resorts.
