These, along with having reached the age of majority and availability for at least two consecutive months, are the basic requirements for entering our selection process.

For each area we staff, we assess specific abilities and skills during the hiring process. Specifically:

COMMUNICATIONS AREA
POSITIONS: Communications entertainers and Hostesses
– communications, organisational and interpersonal skills;
– preferred knowledge of at least one foreign language (English, German or French);

SPORTS AREA (FITNESS – SAILING – WINDSURFING – FOOTBALL – ARCHERY – TENNIS – LIFEGUARDING)
POSITIONS: Sports entertainers and Instructors
– excellent at one or more sports;
– communications and organisational skills;
– previous experience in teaching;

CHILDRENS AREA (HERO CAMP)
POSITIONS: Mini, maxi and Junior Club entertainers
– training in the social/psycho-educational field;
– previous experience in summer camps, school camps, scouting;

PERFORMANCE AREA
POSITIONS: Choreographers and dancers, Costume designers, Sound/light technicians, Piano bar
– specific technical skills
